Losing weight healthily and quickly may seem unattainable. Perhaps true, but this juice does wonders that are nothing out of the ordinary.
Fat burning, lots of antioxidants, a juice with excellent antibacterial effects, with plenty of vitamins, potassium, and magnesium... Does it all seem impossible in one glass? But it's not!
Ingredients:- 1 grapefruit
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation: Start by peeling the grapefruit (you can be quite rough as there are many nutrients in the white flesh). Then blend the grapefruit well to get a smooth mixture. Add vinegar and honey, and then mix again (for at least a minute).
We recommend consuming this drink before meals (dinner and lunch) and sticking with it for at least 7 days. If you still don't feel good after a week, then change the recipe; otherwise, try to stick with it for at least a month.
The combination of grapefruit and vinegar is excellent for weight loss, but it is also rich in vitamins and minerals. Definitely a great combination for a leaner figure and stronger health.
