Two ingredients for body cleansing
In just three weeks, you can cleanse your body more effectively with just two ingredients than with any other enema method.
Did you know that in 70 years, approximately 100,000 kilograms of food and 40,000 liters of liquid pass through our digestive tract? During this process, about 15 kilograms of feces and other toxic substances accumulate in the abdomen. Of course, all this burdens our body, poisons the blood, and causes irreversible damage.

During the second week, mix two teaspoons of flaxseed and 1 deciliter of kefir.
During the third week, mix 3 teaspoons of seeds and 1.5 deciliter of kefir.
Try to drink as much water as possible before lunch. At least a liter, if possible, but you will achieve the best results by drinking honey water (dissolve a few tablespoons of honey in water).
If you persevere for all three weeks, your cholesterol will improve, and you can also expect weight loss. The diet helps to overcome stomach ulcers, urinary tract diseases, gastritis, etc.
Perform the cleansing diet only once a year.
