Recipe for a natural drink that heals, cleanses, and detoxifies - great especially for the liver and immune system
We present you a recipe for a healthy and refreshing drink that boasts a huge amount of vitamins and minerals, which can replace a mid-morning snack and has a very positive impact on the immune system. Since this is an energy-packed drink, it's recommended to be consumed in the morning, and after consumption, do not eat anything for at least half an hour.
Ingredients:- 4 medium-sized carrots
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of water
- teaspoon of fresh and finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds
- ginger to taste
Preparation: First, put carrots and water in a blender. Once you get a smooth thick paste, add the remaining ingredients. Blend for a few minutes until you get an evenly thick mixture. The quantity is enough for the whole day, drink it between meals.
Pour the drink into a glass container, which you can also keep in the refrigerator.
