If you're not a fan of red meat, you can effectively boost your iron levels with this simple and healthy drink.
 
Ingredients:
  • Half a cup of grapes (white or red)
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 kiwis
  • Half a cup of fresh spinach
  • Half a cup of water
Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth drink. You should drink it immediately, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.

Vitamin C from the kiwis helps with the absorption of iron from the spinach. This drink is packed with antioxidants and fiber, making it beneficial for your entire body. As a result, it positively impacts your immune system and provides energy to your body.

One more note: you can substitute kiwis with oranges.
