1. Watermelon
Once you get brave enough to grill watermelon, season it a bit. It goes very well with finely chopped onion, a pinch of salt, and a bit of olive oil. Grill for about 5 minutes to caramelize the sugars. You can make a delicious watermelon burger from grilled watermelon.
2. Lettuce
Grilled lettuce completely changes its flavor. Sprinkle the lettuce with a pinch of salt and olive oil, and you can also use grated Parmesan cheese and a few drops of wine vinegar. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Avocado
Grilled avocado absorbs various flavors strongly and gets a distinctive smoky aroma. You need to grill it very slowly, and savory goes very well with it.
