On hot days, we sweat more than usual, which causes unpleasant body odors. Although sweat itself doesn't have an odor, it contains bacteria, which, when the sweat dries, remain on the body and emit an increasingly unpleasant smell. Since we sweat constantly during hot days, we should shower every hour—or some people even every 30 minutes. If you think the solution is in deodorants and other cosmetics, you are mistaken. This just masks one odor with another. It is much more effective to pay attention to what you eat, and even better if you treat yourself to a vegetable smoothie specifically designed to fight odor.
Ingredients:- 2 apples
- 4 to 5 leaves of fresh cabbage
- 1 bunch of parsley
- juice of one lemon
- ginger to taste
