Johanna Budwig is known for her outstanding success in overcoming the most severe illnesses, and from old records we know she also dealt with tumors and cancer. Budwig primarily treated her patients with cottage cheese and flaxseed oil. Fortunately, she left behind quite a few books with recipes, and this particular recipe holds a special place, because Budwig herself described it as the most complete breakfast.
For a more beautiful and healthiest start to the day you need:
- 3 tablespoons soy yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 teaspoons buckwheat
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation: The key phase of preparing this drink is the flaxseed oil and yogurt. Put both in a blender and mix really well, because only this way will the molecules of sweet flaxseed oil blend with those of the yogurt. The most important elements here are the omega-3 fatty acids, which when combined with yogurt, create an environment where the absorption of nutrients increases up to 5 times.
Only when you achieve a homogeneous mixture from the yogurt and flaxseed oil, add the remaining components.
