Breakfast for more energy before a physically demanding day

A simple, tasty, and quick breakfast that warms the body, activates digestion, and fills you with energy.
 
With this breakfast, you will activate digestion, warm the body—which will melt away excess fat as you go—but most importantly, your body will be prepared for increased physical activity. Because of this, you will have more energy throughout the day; your body will also regenerate more quickly, and you won't feel muscle soreness the next day.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Preparation:

Pour hot water over chia seeds, coconut flour, and butter, and stir until the butter is completely melted. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Finally, add the pomegranate seeds.

We recommend eating this instead of breakfast, or at least half an hour before any intense physical effort, training, running...
