Much more important are foods with which we can control our appetite and which help us overcome imaginary hunger. Any successful cooking starts with preventing further overeating. This is also important for maintaining your figure after a diet.
Foods that don't cause weight gain are all, without exception, rich in fiber. For the most part, it is best to eat them cooked without any additives, especially without sugar and salt. Other spices are generally welcome, especially pepper, which contains lots of vitamin C.
Otherwise, natural plant-based fibers are good for digestion, improve mood, dissolve fat, clean the intestines and blood vessels, and prevent a whole range of serious diseases. Fiber binds fat molecules and thus helps with weight loss.
