Did you know that more than half of the fat deposits around the belly are caused by lazy intestines? Fortunately, there is a simple way to get rid of this.

Excess weight is often caused by lazy intestines, which not only lead to excess kilos, but also cause toxic substances to accumulate in the body, from which the most dangerous diseases can later develop, including cancer. If you have good digestion and active intestines, your body burns more fat, you have more energy, you feel better, and most importantly, your body detoxifies itself naturally.

Fortunately, there is a simple and healthy way to get your intestines working.

You need 6 dried plums. Put them in a glass and pour about 1 dl of boiling water over them. Cover the glass and leave it for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in another bowl, prepare a mixture of 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of flax seeds, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Pour 3 dl of kefir over all of this.

By now, the plums have cooled. Chop them finely and add them to the seed and kefir mixture. Mix everything together well and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

If you eat this every morning on an empty stomach, you will feel relief in your stomach after just a few days. You’ll be less bloated and tense, your complexion, hair, and nails will improve, and most importantly, after just the first week, your waistline will visibly slim down.
