Kefir helps maintain the natural balance in the body. It contains many important vitamins and minerals, so the tips below are suitable for everyone – not just those who want to shed excess weight.
1. Fat burning Ingredients:
- a spoon of finely chopped parsley
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 dcl of kefir
Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for at least an hour. Drink it all at once, preferably before meals, but even better on an empty stomach. Note that parsley is a diuretic, which means you will be going to the bathroom more often. Therefore, drink more water throughout the day and avoid drinking this mixture in the afternoon, as it could significantly disrupt your sleep.
2. Cleansing-weight loss cocktail Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup beetroot juice
- 2.5 dcl of kefir
- juice of one lemon
If you don’t have fresh beetroot juice, you can make it by putting beets in a blender and then straining everything through a cotton cloth. Then mix all the ingredients and drink it all at once.
3. Vegetable cocktail Ingredients:
- 1 tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- a spoon of olive oil
- 1/2 dcl of kefir
- herbs (to taste)
Finely chop the garlic. If you choose to add herbs, chop them finely as well, then blend all the ingredients well in a blender. Add the kefir last.
