If you don't have a bowel movement in the morning to remove all toxins from the body, even the healthiest lifestyle won't help much. Retaining toxins in the body is just another opportunity for diseases to develop, or at best, excess stagnant food to turn into fat deposits.

Ingredients for a healthy breakfast:
- 3 dl kefir (if you have homemade, it's even better - you can also use less fatty yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons of oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 5 to 7 dried plums
First, pour hot water over the dried plums, about 1 dl. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes to soften the plums and cool the water slightly.
In the meantime, place oat flakes, ground flax seeds, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Pour kefir over them.
Then grind the softened plums in a blender (together with the water you poured over them) to get a pasty mixture. Pour it over the other ingredients. Mix well and enjoy. Let this be enough for breakfast, then don't eat anything else for about 2 hours.
On the first day, you will feel that something is happening in your intestines, and the next day your digestion will start working like clockwork. If you have such a breakfast every day at about the same time, your body will adapt to the new dietary regimen after 2 to 3 days.
A more active intestine and regular detoxification will literally flush away excess pounds.
