In fact, you probably have both necessary ingredients for an effective remedy at home. By combining the power of bay leaves and olive oil, you get a remarkable cure for treating joint problems (from rheumatism to gout), easing headaches, calming and reducing stress, boosting the immune system, enhancing mental activities, relieving issues with varicose veins, and this mixture also promotes and accelerates sweating processes, which helps the body cleanse and improves circulation.

For an exceptionally healthy mixture, you need:
  • 30 grams of bay leaves
  • 250 ml of quality olive oil
Preparation:

Crush the bay leaves (if using fresh ones, cut them into small pieces) and place them in a glass jar. Pour the olive oil over them and seal the jar well. Place it in a dark and cool place (not in the refrigerator!) for 2 weeks, then strain the mixture through a cotton cloth before use.

You can massage this prepared bay oil into an aching joint. It also helps if you moisten your fingers with this oil and massage your temples, making headaches disappear.

A drop of this oil can also treat ear infections.

If you consume just one tablespoon of this oil on an empty stomach in the morning, your internal organs will feel rejuvenated.
