Smoothie with Sparkling Water
When we talk about mineral water, we usually mean water rich in minerals and enriched with CO2. If you add vitamins to this, you get a rich and healthy meal.
The secret of smoothies with sparkling water is that you can create an exceptional combination of vitamins and minerals, but remember that you should drink such a drink immediately after preparing it. The CO2 in sparkling water reacts differently with various fruits, so such a fruit smoothie can quickly spoil if left in the air.

In Slovenia, we have quite a few thermal springs (these are springs of water that are warmer than 20 degrees Celsius and contain at least 1000 mg of solids and 250 mg of dissolved CO2 per liter of water) and only 2 mineral springs (Donat Mg in the spa of Rogaška Slatina and Radenska in the spa of Radenci). "Kislica" or carbonated water is one that has more than 1000 mg of dissolved CO2 per liter of water.

Ingredients:
  • 100 ml sparkling water
  • 3 bananas
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon to taste
Preparation:

In a blender, first puree the bananas and lemon juice, then add the other ingredients. Of course, you can use any other fruit or vegetable instead of bananas.
