Although these are just statistical data, the results are surprising. Read more about the unusual effects on health.

In Sweden, they have been carefully tracking heart attacks and strokes for almost a decade. The results are surprising!

So far, they have recorded more than 156 thousand cases of various strokes. They found that the most strokes occur on Mondays (22%), and the least on Saturdays (11%). Besides Saturdays, there are significantly fewer strokes also on Thursdays (13%).

For better understanding of the data, it must be added that 66% of strokes with fatal outcomes occur in people who are still in the workforce. From this, we could infer that the most severe factors for stroke are work and stress that we are exposed to.

The days of the week are not the only interesting indicator.

Among other things, the study discovered that most strokes occur in December, and the least in July.

And furthermore...

More than half of strokes occur when the temperature drops below 0 degrees Celsius. If you think it's due to cold weather, you are mistaken. Air pollution is to blame!
