Did you know that lazy intestines are responsible for over half of the fat deposits around the belly? Luckily, there is a simple way to solve this.

Excess weight is often caused by lazy intestines, which not only lead to excess weight but also accumulate toxic substances in the body that can later develop into the most dangerous diseases, including cancer. If you have good digestion and active intestines, your body will burn more fat, you will have more energy, feel better, and most importantly, your body will naturally cleanse itself.
Luckily, there is a simple and healthy way to stimulate the intestines.
You need 6 dried prunes. Put them in a glass and pour approximately 1 deciliter of boiling water over them. Cover the glass and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of 2 tablespoons of oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of flax seeds, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa in another bowl. Pour 3 deciliters of kefir over the mixture.
By now, the prunes have cooled down. Finely chop them and add them to the mixture of seeds and kefir. Mix everything well and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
If you eat this every morning on an empty stomach, you will feel relief in your belly after just a few days. You will be less bloated and tense, your skin will improve, hair, nails, and most importantly, the circumference around your belly will visibly decrease after the first week.
