Did you know that blood must always have a pH value between 7.35 and 7.45, which is not easy to achieve, especially if you do not eat properly?
 
If you want to keep your body in good shape, you need to eat two thirds alkaline food and one third acidic. If you disrupt the internal balance and this lasts for several days, your immune system can become so weakened that you will get sick. That is why it is important for your body to be constantly running; it’s not just about external, physical activity, but your internal organs must function just as well.

Do you know what acidic food is?

Acidic food is not only what tastes acidic, but it is important what it breaks down into in your stomach.
