Everyone knows the unpleasant feeling of tightness in the stomach. Of course, this is mainly caused by poor diet and problems with stomach function. How can you solve this?

In summer, issues with stomach problems and excess water are more noticeable and bothersome. This is mainly because we move more, and any bloating or abdominal pain hinders us. Additionally, during summer, we are more concerned about our appearance and everyone would like to see a few kilograms less on the scale, but these things don’t happen so quickly (don’t forget, one kilogram is equal to 7500 calories – that’s how much less you have to eat from your optimum prescribed daily calorie intake).

Another problem that’s more noticeable in summer: air in the stomach gives more opportunities for microorganisms to develop, which can lead to problems with intestinal flora, even resulting in serious and lasting damage. On the other hand, the stomach cannot function properly without these bacteria. Healthy bacteria help with food breakdown, so digestion is crucial not just for health but also for overall well-being.

How, then, can you stimulate stomach function and at the same time speed up water elimination?

Exercise 1
Massaging the area above the navel relieves the stomach and reduces gas formation. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes after a meal, measure 4 fingers above your navel and massage this area for 2 to 3 minutes in a clockwise direction. Then repeat the same by massaging in the opposite direction. If you have done everything correctly, you will feel a sour taste in your mouth, and you will have more saliva. This means your metabolism is working at full speed.

Exercise 2
Again, the navel is key for this exercise. In this case, mentally measure an area around your navel with the radius of your index finger. Press and massage this area for about 2 to 3 minutes after each meal and you will get rid of excess water, and stomach pain will either disappear or at least be significantly reduced. We recommend this exercise to everyone after overeating...

Exercise 3
This exercise will speed up bowel function and help you quickly get rid of the feeling of excess weight in the stomach. With light food, this feeling is less common, but in summer we eat a lot of dry food, which is not good for the stomach (we recommend that you occasionally deliberately eat spoon dishes to relieve your digestion at least a little). For this exercise, measure 4 fingers below the navel and press and massage this point for 2 to 3 minutes clockwise, then again in the opposite direction. If you do everything correctly, bloating and abdominal tension will quickly disappear.
