It’s true that during winter it is recommended to eat kale, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage, but this also has side effects.
Recently, molecular biologist
Ernie Hubbard accidentally discovered increased amounts of thallium and cesium in the bodies of several patients. When he analyzed the food these patients had eaten in more detail, he came across worrying data. In kale, cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower he found increased levels of nickel, lead, cadmium, aluminum, and arsenic.
Reason: the soil.
The Chinese have already established that rice grows better in areas of high industrial pollution, and the same is true for leafy greens that we eat in the winter months. The heavy metals they contain can cause a range of complications that are not common, and the combinations are the most dangerous. With very small amounts of cadmium, lead, and thallium, we get a toxin that is 6 times stronger than if these elements were separate.
The most insidious is thallium poisoning, which is tasteless, odorless, and almost colorless. It is often used in rodent poisons and in humans can cause heart arrhythmia, or at least strong palpitations, hair loss, digestive problems, nausea, neurological issues...
How to remove heavy metals from the body?- Chlorophyll
Chlorophyll is known as an effective cleanser of heavy metals from the body. If you haven’t done a cleansing diet in a long time, we recommend that you eat a spoonful of green algae every day.
- Carrots, nettle, and rosehip
Use one medium grated carrot, 2 large spoonfuls of dried nettle leaves (powdered), and the same amount of rosehip. Pour everything over with 1/2 liter of water and put it on the stove. Just before it boils, lower the temperature and cook for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let it rest for at least 3 hours. Drink 3 to 4 times a day before meals, 1 dcl each, to which you have added a spoon of honey.
- Beetroot, radish, and carrot
Mix equal amounts of three natural juices, specifically red beet, black radish, and carrot juice. Put this mixture in the oven at 180{-15696}C for 3 hours. What is left, eat by the spoonful 3 times a day before meals.
