How to protect yourself from summer colds?

Summer colds can be quite troublesome, especially if it's over 30 degrees outside and you're feeling both cold and hot. Luckily, you can prepare a simple drink that will act as a shield, while also strengthening your immune system.

Ingredients:
  • ginger
  • cinnamon
  • lemon juice
Preparation:

First, clean and grate the ginger. Mix it with cinnamon (ideally in a 1:1 ratio. Then add lemon juice and if needed, add a little water. Just enough to get a liquid mixture. Pour all of this into ice cube trays and place them in the freezer.

Immune system-boosting ice cubes are best added to water. This way, the drink will be truly healthy, as well as refreshing. We recommend a glass of water before each meal, as well as before bedtime. Cinnamon will ensure a more restful sleep. Lemon juice will reduce your appetite before a meal (indirectly aiding weight loss). Ginger will help regulate your immune system and digestion...
