Why should broccoli smoothie be mandatory in summer
How well do you know the healing properties of broccoli? Try this drink and see for yourself.
Broccoli has been highly valued for millennia, and today we classify it as a superfood. Studies on broccoli have been conducted in Japan, almost everywhere in Europe, in Switzerland... All have proven a positive impact on diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure, Alzheimer's disease. After just one week, the incidence of cancer decreased by 44 percent. We know that broccoli strengthens the immune system, reduces the risk of cataracts, has a positive effect on the heart and blood vessels, strengthens bones, helps reduce bladder cancer, fights against colon cancer, aids in the treatment of ulcers, stomach cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer.

Ingredients needed for broccoli smoothie:
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 small cucumber (also chopped)
  • 1 dl yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended)
  • a few drops of lemon
Preparation:

You can use raw broccoli, or you can briefly cook it for about 10 minutes (just enough to slightly soften). Put broccoli, grapes, and cucumber in a blender and mix until smooth, then add yogurt and mix well.

This drink should be prepared every time your body loses a lot of water, as well as preventively to strengthen the immune system.
