Both young and older people should drink this beverage.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
If you have fresh blueberries, put them in the fridge for an hour. This will increase their nutritional power. Studies show that the body absorbs up to 30 percent more vitamins and minerals from cooled blueberries.
Put all ingredients except coconut milk in a blender and try to mix as little as possible to keep the drink cool, yet liquid and homogeneous. Add the milk at the very end.
Drink slowly and in small sips, ideally consuming the beverage half an hour after lunch.
