Ingredients:
- 1 pumpkin (always choose organically grown, even better if you grow it yourself)
- filtered water cooled to room temperature
Peel and clean about 100 grams of pumpkin. Add an equal amount of filtered water (1:1 ratio). Mix it all well and do not add any other ingredients. It is important to drink this 20 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach.
