  • Breakfast: smoothie made from 2 peaches + 2 hard-boiled eggs + 2 toasts
  • Lunch: 4 peaches + 50 grams of cheese + 2 toasts
  • Dinner: 3 to 4 peaches
Day 3:
  • Breakfast: 2 peaches
  • Lunch: 200 grams of cheese + smoothie (juice) made from 2 peaches
  • Dinner: 2 to 3 peaches
Day 4:
  • Breakfast: smoothie made from 2 peaches + 2 hard-boiled eggs + 2 toasts
  • Lunch: 4 peaches + 50 grams of cheese + 2 toasts
  • Dinner: 3 to 4 peaches
With this diet, you can lose up to 5 kilograms in just a few days.
