Ingredients:
- 4 fresh lemons
- 20 grams of freshly grated ginger
- 150 grams of freshly grated horseradish
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of honey
Mix the ginger and horseradish, add the lemon, and mix in a mortar until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Finally, add the honey and cinnamon and mix everything well. Put the mixture in a glass container and store it in the refrigerator.
Eat a teaspoon after lunch and a teaspoon after dinner. Do this for a maximum of 3 weeks, then you must take at least a month off.
