Simple homemade smoothie from strawberries, blueberries, and orange, full of antioxidants – drink it in the morning and wait two hours before eating food.
 
As you’ll see, the choice of ingredients is such that even after one glass you’ll feel much better, you’ll be full of energy, your fatigue will disappear, antioxidants will ensure solid health, and at the same time you’ll help with skin regeneration and stop aging processes. That’s why many people call this smoothie the elixir of youth, and now is the right time for it, since we have fresh ingredients available.

Ingredients:
  • a handful of strawberries
  • a handful of blueberries or other berries (raspberries, blackberries, currants)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1 dcl of yogurt or (homemade) kefir
  • juice of half a lemon
Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender; if you wish, you can also add a bit of honey, maple, or agave syrup. This is also the amount that will give you enough energy for the day (everything depends on the size of your handful), so we recommend drinking this smoothie in the morning. It’s important to abstain from food for at least two hours afterward (you can only drink plain water), so the body can absorb the nutrients and energy from the drink.

Just a note: due to the high fruit content, do not drink this smoothie after 6 p.m.
