How to overcome spring fatigue?

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 3 slices of pineapple, about 1 centimeter thick

Preparation:

It is definitely better to use fresh pineapple, but you can also use canned, just rinse it under running water beforehand to remove as much sugar as possible.
