The recipe for this drink is actually simple, but it will take you some time.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dcl kefir
Chop the parsley as finely as you can. Add cinnamon and kefir. The amount is for 1 dcl, but we recommend that you drink a glass with at least 2 dcl. Mix everything together well and let it stand in a cool place for at least one hour. This way, the flavors will blend well, the drink will be tastier, and also healthier. During this time, the active bacteria from the kefir will partially ferment, making digestion easier and faster.
We recommend that you drink this beverage in the morning and during the first part of the day, but not in the evening, as you will need to visit the bathroom more frequently.
