The recipe for this drink is actually simple, but it will take you some time.
Ingredients:- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dcl kefir
Preparation: Chop the parsley as finely as you can. Add cinnamon and kefir. The amount is for 1 dcl, but we recommend that you drink a glass with at least 2 dcl. Mix everything together well and let it stand in a cool place for at least one hour. This way, the flavors will blend well, the drink will be tastier, and also healthier.
