The drink below soothes digestion, relaxes and improves sleep.
Ingredients:

- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- 2 medium-sized apples
Put all the ingredients in a blender. If the drink is not liquid enough, you can add a glass of water. Drink it at least half an hour before going to bed and let this be your last food of the day. If you find the drink too sour, you can use lime juice—what’s important is that you drink all of it.
