5 worst things that make us tired

1. Salt

Alcohol dehydrates the body and absorbs the glow left on your skin. The only solution is to drink a lot of water. Even the next day!

4. Fried foods
Everything fried has a very bad impact on the appearance of your skin. Fried food is full of oils and unsaturated fats, which means it clogs your arteries — and that's the main reason you look tired, irritated and low on energy. Besides that, fried food also makes you gain weight and causes a bunch of other problems. The only solution is to not eat fried food.

5. Frozen processed meat
There's nothing worse than frozen preservatives. These dangers are most often found in sausages and bacon, and of course in ground meat. The only solution is to avoid eating meat and meat products.
