4 biggest traps for the stomach
The more you eat them, the hungrier you'll be – beware of these foods, because no diet will help you...

If there is food that reduces appetite, there is also food that increases it. Here are the four biggest traps for the stomach:

1. French fries
French fries are among the most popular foods worldwide. It only takes a few sticks of fried potato, and you won’t be able to resist them. What's more! Plain fries soon won't be enough; you'll want to combine them with mayonnaise, ketchup... The combination of starchy foods and carbohydrates is the most unfortunate combination – it makes you gain weight and gives your body no energy at all.

2. Pasta
Pasta contains no fiber, no nutrients, and is considered one of the least healthy foods in the modern world. It contains a lot of simple carbohydrates, which raise blood glucose levels, and after just 20 minutes, this triggers a feeling of hunger.

3. Fruit yogurts
Yogurt is actually an excellent source of calcium, which maintains bone strength, but if you add just one strawberry, a piece of pear, or other fruit, you add so much sugar that you completely negate the positive effects of vitamins and minerals. If you prepare fruit yogurt yourself, you’ll get at least some fiber and healthy fats from natural fruit, which you won’t find in store-bought yogurts. Instead, you'll be even hungrier in half an hour than before.

4. Hot dog
Don’t be fooled by a sausage in a bun with mustard. True, it’s a quick meal that will temporarily satisfy your hunger, but a hot dog hides a toxic bomb of nitrates, preservatives, and other unnatural ingredients. A hot dog will never really fill you up, it will just upset your digestion.
