1. Ice

Also, don’t forget: if your body needs 2,000 calories a day, then make sure you burn them as well.



3. Drink
It is very important not to let your body dehydrate, although too much water is not healthy either. Research shows that more than 4 liters of liquid per day is harmful, especially if you drink a lot of sugary and carbonated drinks, but also juice and wine.

That’s why you shouldn’t believe general assessments of how much water you need to drink, but rather there is a simpler way. First, calculate the optimal amount of water your body needs. Water is pH neutral, it won’t make you gain weight, and you also won’t lose weight just because of water. Then, try to estimate how many grams of food you eat daily. If you eat 1 kg of food, then you can drink 1 liter less liquid.


And one last tip: if you stick to the above advice and spend at least half an hour a day in the gym, and also limit dinners (it’s not good to eat after sunset), then you can lose 3 to 4 kilograms in two weeks.
