Ingredients:
- 2 liters of low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons of green tea
Buy green tea in specialized stores, because it is of higher quality than the tea in bags and does not provide the same effect.
First, boil the milk and then remove it from the heat. Wait until it cools down to approximately 70 degrees Celsius (it is important that the milk is still hot, not lukewarm). Then add 2 tablespoons of green tea, cover, and let it stand for 20 more minutes. Strain the drink, and then drink a cup of lukewarm tea every two hours.
