Ingredients:
- a cup of yogurt
- 20 grams of flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cloves
Grind the cloves and flax seeds into a powder. Then mix one spoonful of this mixture with a glass of yogurt and drink it.
The amount of yogurt is not important; what matters are the seeds and the cloves. Make sure to drink this for three days in a row, then take at least a two-day break.
