Ingredients:
- 600 ml mineral water
- 100 grams oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
To take advantage of all the nutritional properties, use organically sourced oats.
First, boil the mineral water. When the water boils, add the oats and cook for about 30 minutes. Then remove the pot, add the cinnamon, and let it stand for about an hour to cool to room temperature. At the very end, add the honey.
