The most incredible thing about this is that Aggarwal’s discovery did not cause much of a stir, did not trigger a domino effect for others to try to discover the secret of the Indo-Mediterranean mixture, and so far, no serious study in humans has been conducted to either confirm or refute Aggarwal’s research. Everything died down and remained at the level of amateur nutritionists, who occasionally remember this recipe. The fact that you can prepare your own anti-cancer remedy at home from relatively inexpensive ingredients is unacceptable to many.
Aggarwal’s recipe:
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon quality olive oil
Mix all three ingredients (preferably on a spoon) and eat on an empty stomach. It is recommended to eat one spoonful before each meal, but you can also use this mixture to season salads, vegetable, or even meat dishes.
The secret of this mixture actually lies in the pepper. Regular black pepper increases the absorption of turmeric into the body by 2,000 times, but only if it’s combined with healthy fats from olive oil.
Since turmeric prevents inflammation, olive oil regulates digestion, and pepper is extremely high in vitamin C, it’s definitely worth occasionally trying this spoonful of health as a preventive measure.
And a small tip: ideally, you should slightly heat this mixture. At least to 36 degrees Celsius (but never over 42 degrees), as this would accelerate the action of the healing ingredients.
