Centenarians eat it
A study among centenarians revealed one unusual thing. Every single respondent eats it at least 2 times a week. Do you know what it is?

To not beat around the bush: we are talking about beans. There is no need to repeat its medicinal effects, although it is mainly known for its (side) effect of causing gas. But that’s nothing compared to what else it does.

Beans have many invaluable qualities and are considered a very healthy food. Even doctors recommend regular consumption – from 1 to 4 times a week!

It contains many healthy elements, among which proteins, healthy carbohydrates, fats, and, of course, vitamins stand out... Beans are considered the second most widespread food in the world (the first is sugar, and the most widespread free food is dandelion).

But let’s get back to the centenarians... They eat beans 8 times more than people who are employed. Most often, they eat beans in sauce (as an addition to vegetable soups), as a side in salads, but various types of stews (bean stew) are still the leading way.

Here, we must distinguish beans at least by color, where most centenarians deliberately avoid white beans. Maybe because it causes joint inflammation, and it’s not very common among homegrown or natural producers. Many people associate white beans with canned food, which is probably also why it is less common on our menus.

Bean soups and stews are by far the most popular and cheapest meal of everyone who lives long.

Remember this!
