Why drink bay leaf oil?
Simple bay leaf oil soothes joint pain, helps with arthritis, calms nerves and relieves stress, greatly strengthens the immune system and stimulates mental activity, and also accelerates the sweating process, thereby helping to cleanse the body. In old times, this oil was also drunk to heal varicose veins, spider veins, and to improve circulation.
Some believe that bay leaf oil can replace aspirin. This is also because it reduces fever, regulates digestion, and relieves pain in cases of stomach and intestinal ulcers. Additionally, it normalizes the function of the liver and stomach and regulates appetite.
How is bay leaf oil prepared?
You need:
- 30 grams of bay leaves
- 250 ml of high-quality cold-pressed olive oil
Preparation.
Crush the bay leaves and pour the oil over them. Pour the mixture into a bottle, close it well, and place it in a dark, cool place, where you leave it for 14 days. Shake the bottle vigorously every day.
After two weeks, strain the contents of the bottle through a cotton gauze and you will get a healing combination of olive and bay leaf oil.
Store this oil further in a dark place, and for health, take one spoonful every day (if you can take it on an empty stomach, the effect will be even greater).
If you wish to heal painful joints, put a few drops of this oil on the painful area, then rub the oil into the skin with your fingers.
You can also put a few drops on cotton wool and use it to cleanse your face. Bay leaf oil is also very good for cleansing acne, hydrating the skin, and giving it elasticity.
Of course, you can also use bay leaf oil on salads, as a dressing over cottage cheese, spread it on bread ...
