The combination of green tea and oranges works best as an aid for weight loss. You won't lose weight this quickly, easily, and deliciously on any other diet. If you drink 2 to 3 cups of this tea per day and eat 500 calories less per day than optimal, you will lose two to three kilograms in one week. Possibly even more.
Of course, this only applies if you know the secret to preparing this drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 5 tablespoons (or bags) of green tea
- 2 to 3 oranges
Preparation:
Boil the water, remove from heat, and add the tea. Keep in mind that tea bags are not always the best and freshest choice. Instead of tea bags, buy loose leaf tea, so you can see what it consists of and the quality of the leaves. Homemade teas are therefore much more aromatic and also more beneficial.
Let the green tea steep in the hot water for no more than 3 minutes, then strain the tea or remove the tea bags. If the herbs stay too long in the water, the tea becomes bitter.
Wait until the tea cools to room temperature (at least 15 minutes).
Just before mixing the oranges with the tea, make fresh juice from the oranges. It is much healthier if you make a smoothie only from the oranges and only then, when you get a smooth liquid mixture, mix in the tea – you are halfway there.
The second part of the magic will happen overnight. Leave the tea with oranges in the fridge overnight, and drink it the next day before meals.
It should also be emphasized that the quantities given are intended for two people. If you are preparing the tea just for yourself, use half of the above ingredients.
