How to prepare cumin water?
In the evening, put a teaspoon of cumin (you can use whole seeds or ground) in a glass of water (3 dl) and let it sit overnight. The next morning, boil the water for 5 minutes and let it cool. After about 15 minutes, strain everything and drink it while still warm.
For a better taste, you can add a little cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey to this drink.
