Energy and Health Boost: Spinach with Carrots
If you always eat the same things for breakfast, then take the time to prepare something different - this breakfast will delight you with its taste and energy.
We all know that spinach is an excellent source of plant-based iron, magnesium, B vitamins, and proteins. It contains an exceptionally high amount of vitamin C, which aids in iron absorption. Additionally, spinach is incredibly tasty: slightly sweet with a buttery flavor.

But that's not all. Spinach contains a lot of healthy fiber, can be used raw or cooked, combined with soups, sauces, as a side dish to meat dishes, or used in smoothies...

However, if we add a few more ingredients to spinach, we get a wholesome, energetically rich, and vitamin-packed meal of exquisite taste.

Ingredients:
  • fresh spinach
  • fresh carrot
  • unsalted nuts (almonds or walnuts recommended)
Preparation:

You can put all the ingredients in a blender, add some warm water as needed, and prepare an exceptional juice.

You can lightly cook the carrot, add ground nuts, season with olive oil, and eat it as a salad. It goes well with a slice of whole grain bread.

The essential characteristic of such a meal is that it contains a high level of chlorophyll, which protects against inflammation and provides energy. Indulge in this vegetable plate when you are tired, even in the evening before bed...
