  • lunch: 200 grams of cheese + smoothie (juice) from 2 peaches
  • dinner: 2 to 3 peaches

  • breakfast: smoothie from 2 peaches + 2 hard-boiled eggs + 2 toasts
  • lunch: 4 peaches + 50 grams of cheese + 2 toasts
  • dinner: 3 to 4 peaches
Day 3:
  • breakfast: 2 peaches
  • lunch: 200 grams of cheese + smoothie (juice) from 2 peaches
  • dinner: 2 to 3 peaches
Day 4:
  • breakfast: smoothie from 2 peaches + 2 hard-boiled eggs + 2 toasts
  • lunch: 4 peaches + 50 grams of cheese + 2 toasts
  • dinner: 3 to 4 peaches
With this diet, you can lose up to 5 kilograms in just a few days.
