We present you a simple drink made from only three ingredients that Tibetans have also embraced, first published by Russian nutritionist, writer, and researcher of folk traditional medicine Gennady Petrovich Malakhov. Malakhov has written more than 60 books, sold over 30 million copies, and his works have been translated into almost all world languages. He still travels around Russia and records folk traditions.

For this healing drink, you will need:
- 4 cups of kefir (homemade kefir has many more live components than store-bought)
- 150 g of cooked pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation: Mix all three ingredients well, and store the drink in the refrigerator. Drink it between meals, starting with two cups a day in the first week, three cups in the second week, and four cups in the third week.
