Ingredients:- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 200 ml kefir
Preparation:Put the pear, banana, and raspberries in a blender and mix. Add the kefir at the very end. Drink it immediately, as the drink loses 1% of its vitamins every minute due to oxidation.
You can also use blueberries or currants instead of raspberries.
