The special thing about this drink is that you'll feel both quenched and full after just one glass, even though it’s a classic detox drink that stimulates metabolism.
 
Detox drinks accelerate digestion and help eliminate toxins from the body. Because they also positively affect the functioning of internal organs, it's like a workout for your liver, kidneys, intestines... And this is where the main difference between detox smoothies, which also fill your body with vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats (energy), and drinks that only expel water from the body, comes into play.

This time, we're introducing a drink that is extremely important for our body. For example, avocados contain 25 essential nutrients (nutrients that the body cannot produce on its own but are necessary) making them one of the healthiest foods in the world. Did you know that kiwis have twice as much vitamin C as lemons and oranges? And if we add apple pectin, which is considered the most effective cleansing agent for the intestines, we get a combination that stands out in many ways. It contains a lot of healthy fibers (under the apple peel), healthy fats (avocado is the best source of omega-3 fats), and potassium, which strengthens the immune system, regulates blood pressure levels, and protects against heart and vascular diseases.
