In such cases, the only solution is a natural juice that boosts overall health, while ensuring that toxins leave the body as soon as possible.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 lemons
  • a little parsley
  • 200 ml water
Preparation:

Put all the ingredients except water into a blender and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the water at the very end. Drink this juice in the morning (can be on an empty stomach, but not necessarily). Do this for a maximum of one month, then be sure to take a break for at least 2 weeks.
