Regardless of the fact that everyone talks about some foods being harmful, we still consume them in unchanged quantities. Do you know which foods these are?

1. Flour Wheat flour has the same effect in the body as sugar. It triggers an imbalance of insulin in the blood, raises blood pressure, makes you gain weight, causes the accumulation of fat in the body, not to mention gluten. A lot has already been written and proven about the harmfulness of flour and flour-based products, yet its consumption does not decrease. In fact, it is even increasing.
2. Sugar The amount of sugar people consume in one day today is the same amount that was consumed in an entire year 100 years ago. Now we eat enormous amounts of sugar, even though it has been proven to cause obesity and diabetes, harm the pancreas, liver, digestive tract, negatively affect the nervous system, and cause sluggishness. Even though we know of more than 20 types of sugar, the only good one is the natural sugar from fruit, and only if it is in healthy amounts. By the way: where do you think there’s more sugar—in a kilogram of strawberries or a kilogram of lemons? These days, strawberries sometimes barely reach 30% of the sugar found in lemons.
3. Milk Although it’s still a common belief that children grow up on milk, that milk strengthens bones and aids digestion, today’s milk (and dairy products) aren’t even a shadow of what they were decades ago. Today’s milk, or rather milk sugar, causes numerous lactose allergies, leads to bloating, food sensitivity, inflammation, and increases acidity… What we call milk today is actually white water full of chemicals, hormones, anti-infection agents; among these are also additives that lower high fever in babies, which prevents the body from fighting viruses. Next time you hold a glass of milk, think about almond, coconut, or even rice milk instead. They are healthier, more nutritious, and almost free of side effects.
4. Donuts Did you know that donuts are the worst combination for your health? Remember this when your child is stuffing themselves with them. Donuts may seem like a tasty treat, but they contain large amounts of trans fats, lots of sugar, and refined flour. Could it get any worse?!
5. Carbonated drinks Experts from Cancer Epidemiology conducted a study and found that a can of soda contains 10 teaspoons of sugar, as well as 30 to 35 mg of sulfites, caffeine, and other additives. This, among other things, weakens bone structure, causes corrosion in the body, diabetes, inhibits brain and digestive function, and causes diabetes...
6. Chips Due to the high temperatures at which chips are made, large amounts of acrylamide are formed, which is a known carcinogen. In addition, potato chips contain unhealthy amounts of salt and fat, which means high amounts of sodium; this raises blood pressure, cholesterol, and increases the risk of stroke and heart attack.
7. Instant soups The large amounts of sodium found in instant soups retain water in the body, inhibit the functioning of internal organs, clog blood vessels, and weaken circulation.
