1. Alcohol

2. Rice cakes
Rice cakes, crackers, or anything made from rice for breakfast can be harmful. Rice in pastries accelerates aging, increases facial wrinkling, but above all, inhibits brain function. The biggest problem with all rice pastries is their lack of nutritional value. There's basically nothing in them!
3. Sushi
Did you know that the famous Japanese delicacy causes premature aging and increases the amount of pimples on your face? The main problem is the high salt concentration, which causes dehydration of internal organs, and the salt you consume in the morning is extremely hard to get rid of. That’s why if you eat sushi, you need to drink very large amounts of water. Some nutritionists even recommend sleeping with wet compresses on your face. That’s why you should never eat sushi in the morning, even if you have leftovers from the night before.
4. Dairy products
Cow’s milk contains growth hormones that worsen the functioning of oil glands and make skin oilier. Besides that, it’s really hard (if not impossible?!) to get healthy milk nowadays, because cows are more often fed with genetically modified corn and soy, which you can taste in the milk and all other dairy products (cheese, cottage cheese, even yogurt and kefir). Also, about 75 percent of the world's population is lactose intolerant, which causes eczema all over the body (most often on the hands). Does this mean goat's milk is better than cow's? It is, but the dangers are similar. If you really can't go without milk, rather choose plant-based milk.
5. Cereals
Yes, even seemingly innocent grains can be harmful for your skin. Don’t trust the labels saying “natural,” as these could be genetically modified products that cause itching, allergies, and pimples. In addition, through extraction methods, producers sell the healthy components separately, so from the cereals, only the toxic substances remain, which are the plant's natural defense against being eaten. I shouldn’t forget that the purpose of cereal seeds in nature is so the plant can reproduce naturally. Also, natural muesli often contains more than 5 grams of sugar per serving, which is often more than any other ingredient.
6. Processed meats
The most common reason your face looks puffy and swollen is too much processed meat for breakfast. Among the least recommended are ham, bacon, and other cured meats, because they contain a lot of sodium, a lot of salt that causes bloating, and they also destroy collagen and elastin in the skin. Most nutritionists do not recommend eating meat for breakfast, and you definitely shouldn’t eat it every day.
7. Juices
The problem with juices (both natural and store-bought) is the high concentration of sugar, which in this case is actually more harmful than any possible vitamins (and there aren’t always as many as the label says). Also, juices contain almost no fiber, which cleans the intestines and is the main advantage of fresh fruit. The most problematic is lemonade, which can cause chemical burns and damage your skin if you’re out in the sun. That’s why fresh, whole fruit is much better than juices or peeled fruit.
