  • carrot

  • orange

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • ginger

Preparation:

Peel the orange. Cut the carrot into smaller pieces. Grate fresh ginger (don’t use powdered ginger – be generous with the amount of ginger). Squeeze the lemon. Finally, add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Pour water over everything (add as much water as you can drink at once) and start your day in the morning on an empty stomach with this juice.

The first thing you will notice is that, because of the orange and lemon juice, you won’t feel hungry all day. Ginger works as an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and is also very rich in minerals. Orange provides vitamin C, healthy fibers, and also improves the taste. The flavor is also neutralized by carrot, which is important because of the beta-carotene that, with the help of cayenne pepper, encourages the production of vitamin A in our bodies. The finishing touch is cayenne pepper, which opens up and relaxes the body so it can absorb all the healing and nourishing substances from the included ingredients to the maximum extent. In addition, it also has a lot of vitamin C, which further strengthens the body.
