This drink keeps your digestion so busy that you will burn all the excess energy you gained during the day
It's true that there are no foods with negative calories, but some ingredients have such a low energy value that the human body uses more energy than it gets from them. If you combine this with ingredients that have a mild laxative effect, and with ingredients rich in minerals, then you can noticeably lose weight with this drink, literally overnight.
What do you need?
Ingredients:- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1/2 cup hot water
Preparation: Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly for at least half a minute. It's very important to get a homogeneous mixture, which you should drink in the evening, at least 30 minutes before going to bed. You can drink it earlier, but after this drink you shouldn't eat anything else; you can only drink lukewarm water (warm water further accelerates fat burning, especially around the belly).
How does this drink work? Because of the parsley and cucumber, the drink has a strong cleansing and laxative effect. Even with just these two ingredients, you could make a slimming potion. In addition, parsley has very few calories but lots of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, which prevent fluid retention. It also has antibacterial properties and prevents various inflammations from the stomach to the intestines.
Ginger is considered a miraculous metabolism booster, prevents constipation, and together with lemon juice, they strengthen the immune system. Lemon juice has another effect: because of its acidity, your stomach will contract, your appetite will completely disappear, and so will any excess kilos.
And then there’s water. It must be lukewarm. Make sure it’s not hotter than 60 degrees Celsius, as that’s the limit where vitamin C is still stable. Also, lukewarm water speeds up internal organ processes, dilutes hard-to-digest food, and because of the heat, it even helps break down foods into simple and nutritious components.
